Hire our rooms

We have four rooms available for hire, ranging in size from 12 square metres to 140.

Our hire rates include the use of chairs and tables. We offer a 10% discount to regular hirers. We expect users to tidy up, put away the furniture and sweep or mop the floor if needed at the end of the session. ​

Main hall

​Our main hall is 140 square metres in size.

​The standard rate is £21.25 per hour, £15.05 for registered charities.

If you'd like to hire it for a party or weekend event, it's £23.80 per hour, for a minimum of 3 hours.

If you'd like it for the whole of a Friday or Saturday evening, from 6pm to 11pm, the cost is £300.

Sweethills room

This room is 40 square metres in size. 

​The standard rate is £11.70 per hour, £10.35 for registered charities.

Rookery room

This room can be divided in two, and can be hired either as the whole room or just half of it.

For the whole room, 32 square metres, the standard rate is £11.70 per hour, £10.35 for registered charities.

For half of it, the standard rate is £9.65 per hour, £8.45 for registered charities.

Kitchen

The kitchen can be hired separately or together with one of the other rooms. The fixed session fee for this is £16.70.
