A big Fun Day was held at Whiteley Community Centre to celebrate its 10th Birthday and the Royal Diamond Jubilee on Saturday 26th May, 2012.

The different groups that regularly use the Centre got together to celebrate the life of the Whiteley Community Centre. There were bouncy castles, stalls, games, BBQs, and cream teas.

During the afternoon there was also entertainment by lots of different groups on the "Performance Stage", we saw dancing, kickboxing, singing, and music. Children came in fancy dress with the theme of Kings, Queens, Princesses and Knights. They had photos taken seated on a throne and won prizes. The event was finished off with a cake cutting ceremony by Whiteleys longest residents. A fun day was had by all and it was a great success. Thank you to Whiteley Residents for their support.
